United Seafood Packers Joint Stock Company (USPC) was licensed by the Binh Duong Industrial Zone Management Board in 2002.
The scope of our business activity is processing and exporting frozen fish products worldwide with a dedicated workforce of 400 people.
Our factory is located in Dong An industrial park, Binh Duong Province, 40 minutes from Tan Son Nhat international airport and 45 minutes from the central of HCMC, was constructed in late 2002 covering 2,600m2 of factory working area with cold storage of 600MT and 3,000m2 of office, materials warehouses, technical workshops, housekeeping, laundry, eating and parking area. Our factory is newly built but not young in terms of processing experience and technique because the majority shareholder has been in the seafood business for more than 20 years and he picked up all the finest things of the industry to build this modern factory.
We consider product hygiene as one of the most important aspects in a processing facility hence we invested in a very sophisticated water supply treatment system to ensure that all waters used in our factory are purified, clean and safe. Besides that we also invested in a closed wastewater treatment system to be environment friendly.
Our entire factory is made out of insulated panels, fully under temperature control from raw materials reception to loading of export containers, equipped with a 380-needle injection machine for treated products, 16 band saw machines, 15 vacuum pack machines, 08 fish cleaning machines, 03 scales removing machines, a thermo laser printer that allows us to print production date, lot number, etc directly on the retail packaging (pre-printed bags and retail boxes) along with other machinery required for retail packaging products under private labels.
Our belief is that quality must always come first and based on this deep conviction the shareholders have spared no expense in the building of our state-of-the-art value added facility.
Our factory has a capacity of 6000 – 7000 kgs of vacuum packed products per day and we offer our customers frozen Yellowfin Tuna, Swordfish, Mahi, Marlin, Oilfish, Opah, Grouper, and Snapper, steaks, portions, fillets and loins, both natural and CO treated packed as per the customer's specification.
